The Iowa Falls Area Development Corporation (IFADC) was organized in 1956 to serve businesses interested in expanding or locating in the Iowa Falls area. We are a non-profit development corporation that is financially supported by its public and private partners and investors. The IFADC is governed by a 20-member Board of Directors.Since our beginning, the IFADC has assisted with more than 70 successful business expansions and new locations. This growth represents capital investment of more than $385 million and more than 2,500 new jobs.
