Mission: We connect Iowa businesses to continuously improve practices that positively impact people, planet, and profits. Valuable Iowa Programming: You can hear directly from other businesses in the state working on the same issues that matter to you. Content is member-driven, with no outside agenda. Iowa companies tell us which topics are relevant to them, and we theme our signature quarterly roundtables and monthly webinars to deliver on that business need. Our priority is to provide Iowa companies speaking on successful implementation. Confidential Forum: All association events are confidential and curated for employed Iowa professionals only. All members sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) to access our member resources online and attend our in-person programming. We provide a private forum to share what is not working and ask for help from other Iowa companies who are working on the same issues that matter to you. Bring Co-Workers: Our membership is for Iowa businesses. You will choose a representative for your organization, and the company can send as many staff as beneficial to our events. Your business will get more benefit from sending 2-3 employees, if each of them does work regarding that particular topic. Attendance is free for all staff of a paid business members.
