Its flagship product iPlan™ is an Enterprise Project Management (EPM) tool suite. iPlan is built on research which highlighted the need to manage a project collaboratively, taking into consideration the issues, defects, and risks in-line with the project scope and work plan. Further, the work undertaken must adhere to the quality standards set, while ensuring that all project information and learning is retained for posterity. Towards this end, many have adopted the CMMI® framework or the ISO-2000 framework to establish the process discipline. Structured based on A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), iPlan enables medium to large organizations manage the entire project lifecycle laden a multitude of constraints and inter-dependencies. Currently iPlan has 50 clients across India, Asia, Middle-East, and UK, and an existing base of over 40000 users.The value proposition of the iPlan EPM suite is that it is designed to span PPM, BPM, and the staffing components of ERP, giving the customer the best of all solutions in a single framework.
