Iprova Details
Iprova has the aim of making human creativity a data driven machine computation. Today the company uses advanced machine learning technology to help create commercially relevant inventions which are themselves at the very leading edge of technology. The company has been successful in creating inventions which have been the subject of patent filings by some of the world’s leading product and technology based companies. Iprova's customers are active in many areas including autonomous vehicles, next generation telecommunications, healthcare and oil & gas. Inventions generated by Iprova complement those generated by its customers own research and development teams, and drive the development of new products and services across a diverse range of market and technology areas. Ruud Peters, until recently Chief IP Officer at Philips and now a senior adviser at Philips Group Innovation, states: “Iprova is a valuable partner for Philips. They complement our own research activities with their out-of-the-box inventions and they help us to generate IP where and when needed. I am very impressed by their technical expertise and advanced thinking.” Bill Fischer, Professor of Innovation Management at IMD, "The single biggest revolution in innovation over the past decade has been an increased reliance on external idea sources to find the “next new thing.” What I find so interesting about Iprova is that it provides a “smart” way of doing this. The result is that Iprova has been able to raise the probability of innovation payoff "
