iqu, llc is an independent IT consulting firm providing business process analysis and modeling to SMBs as well as federal and state government.We assist these enterprises in their objective to align IT and business. Our energies involve the discovery of risks, redundancies and inefficiencies in how information is managed. Our goal is to redesign IT processes to align with work and the strategy of the enterprise. We follow a phased approach to discovery, assessment, and problem analysis. The information gathered is used to model the current state of processes involved in processing and disseminating information. We integrate outside-in and inside-out concepts of planning as part of designing improved processes. Our objective is to design process models that when implemented will enable the software and application architecture to align with work processes, that align with enterprise goals.
