Making an organization agile is such a long journey during which you need the full support of individuals and various departments. One of the most important units that has a great share in facilitating these ups and downs is the human resources department. The view of human resources in areas such as organizational design, i.e. team-centered view instead of individual-centered, management and continuous performance measurement, training organizational leaders instead of managers, and etc. plays a very important role in agility. In fact, the most difficult step in making an entire organization agile is to change the approach, way of thinking and culture of all layers of that organization, and the HR department will have a lot to say in this regard.Therefore, with the launch of the Iran Agile Human Resources community, we decided to transfer the knowledge and experience gained in the field of Tech & Product departments to the field of human resources, to witness a fundamental change in one of the most vital and main supporters of agility in any company or organization.
