As of the date, the following establishments: 1-Air Taxi Company 2- Pars air Company 3- Air Service Company 4- Hoor asseman Airlines5- Helicopter Company of Iran6- Helicopter Service Company of Iranare merged and Aseman company formed.In March 2007 it was owned by Iranian Civil Pension Fund Investment Company.
