Co-ordination meeting of the Joint Committee of Commerce of Iran of Japan by Mohammad Reza Karbasi, Deputy Director of International Chamber of Iran and attended by 38 companies active in mining and mineral industries, medical equipment, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, transportation, oil and gas, carpets, machinery Construction and Food, dated 02/04/2013. During the meeting, economic activists applying for membership in the Joint Committee of Iran and Japan, while pointing to the difficulties and obstacles ahead in developing activities with Japanese traders, introduced their backgrounds and background to the country. Subsequently, several meetings were held in this regard during the meeting of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Iran Chamber of Commerce and Industry on May 23, 2012, members of the Iran-Japan Joint Committee of Commerce were selected.Bahram Shakouri, as the chairman of the joint committee of Iran and Japan, and Mehdi Sharifi Niknafs, were elected as vice chairman of the committee. Also, Hassan Nourian, head of the Department of Private Sectoral Facilitation and Foreign Relations, Hossein Alwandi, Head of the Department of Foreign Affairs of Japan, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Homayoun Khosravi Poor, Japan Desk Secretary, Iran Trade Development Organization, and Niloofar Asadi, head of the bilateral relations of the Iranian Chamber of Deputies, The Trade Development and Trade Chamber, Industries, Mines and Agriculture of Iran were introduced at the Joint Committee of Iran and Japan. In total, the committee began with 19 members.
