Chapter No. 17 was formed on May 16, 1947 with a chapter membership of 24 CPM® members. My, how we've grown. Today our chapter boasts over 300 members who hold various IREM designations and memberships. Chapter 17 represents both the multi-family and commercial real estate sectors, serving the needs of property managers at all levels. While many of our chapter members operate in the Denver Metropolitan area, our chapter's charter covers the counties north of Denver to the Wyoming border, including the mountain regions and eastern plains. IREM® Greater Denver Chapter No. 17 promotes ethical real estate management practices for our 300 members through our national credentialed membership programs and provides an opportunity to network at our events, a source of select qualified vendors through our Industry Partners Program as well as a national resource for jobs in the local and national real estate markets through IREMJobs.org and online real estate management tools through IREMFirst.org.
