Founded as Naas Coaching Circle in 2018 by coaches Mary Vaughan and Ted Walsh, the IICC evolved into the dynamic support system that it is today thanks to the contribution of its current members.The IICC set itself apart from the outset by earning the ICF Ireland Coaching Circle award in the year of its founding and has since grown to be an international group with members from a variety of backgrounds and areas of business.Our purpose is to meet regularly to network and support each other in our work. We often invite guest speakers, go to events together and connect in different ways to help each other be successful.If you feel you could add value either by presenting on a topic or as a potential new member, feel free to reach out. We are also available to work with you or your organization in a variety of coaching, training, or consulting areas.
