IRNews Club Details
Established in 2006, IRNews Club is one of the six key clubs of the Faculty of International Relations at the University of Social Sciences and Humanities (Vietnam National University - Ho Chi Minh City). Since its founding day, IRNews has embraced the mission to be the Messenger, dedicated ourselves to help students in and out of the faculty understand the world through speedy and trustworthy independent journalism by producing relevant and engaging content across a variety of platforms.Our organization is run entirely by the school undergraduates. IRNews is fueled by students with a diverse array of interests such as reporting, writing, editing, coding, photography, video production, design, illustration and business.In addition to its role in providing news, IRNews Club has a long tradition of attracting and training a diverse staff, representative of the faculty's student body and helping them develop skills they will use for the rest of their lives. Among the paper's alumni are professional journalists who have worked for various prominent newspapers such as Tuoi Tre, Thanh Nien, Ho Chi Minh City Phap Luat, Zing News, etc.
