We are a family run business in the UK with a passion for fitness and sport. We import Olympic Weights (Colored rubber bumper plates) and Olympic Bars (IWF approved 1,500kg capacity) and bundle them together to provide great value. We supply fitness enthusiasts, garage gyms, local sports clubs, Crossfit affiliates to multi-chain commercial gyms across the UK. Being family owned it is important for us to be proud of the quality of manufacturing and the service we deliver and we don't mind sacrificing profits for that privilege. How Iron Legend StartedWe're four brothers and we're all very active athletes and huge gym enthusiasts. When coronavirus struck in March 2020 and all the gyms shut down, we adapted and the shed became our family's unofficial gym. However we had a limited weight selection (old school 1 inch Iron plates) and knew we needed a more robust, heavier weight range (up to 200kg - just above the current Deadlift PB). After shopping around online and discovering there were very little options for good quality weights at reasonable prices (The hold grail being quality and value combined) let alone anything that happened to be in stock we decided we could do better. So we sourced our own supplier (one of the same teams that fulfills some of Rouge bumper plates stock), arranged shipping and customs, pooled savings together and ordered nine and half tons. When these flew off the shelf (out of the makeshift warehouse) we knew we were in it for the long haul.
