IWF is a spiritual fitness facility whose purpose is to inspire the mind, body and soul in an attempt to reach the highest level of motivation obtainable, and to ensure the most powerful passion for its members to achieve their fitness goals. One mind, one body, one life, fit for Christ. IWF is more than just your typical fitness facility. We intend to reach out to the community and sponsor activities such as little league football, basketball, baseball, volleyball teams, swimming events, diving events and more. In addition, we offer a convenient location for the North East Columbus area with 24-hour service, accept for down time on Sunday up to 1:00 pm. IWF will offer state-of-the-art contemporary and traditional training equipment, such as free weights, mechanical weighted equipment, cardio equipment, circuit training equipment, Hammer Strength equipment, and so on. IWF will have a 24' x 24' boxing ring, dual basketball courts with bleachers, batting cages, a Mid-Olympic sized swimming pool, a 13'1" diving tank with low and high diving boards, and a 5,000 square foot elite Martial Arts Dojo teaching Tae Kwon Do, Kickboxing Boxing,Boxing and Wrestling. We will also have the best Certified Personal Trainers available. To top it off, after our first year we will sponsor a Thanksgiving and a Christmas day Dinner complete with gifts at Christmas time.
