Direct oversight and full Profit and Loss responsibility of a large (4100 homes, and encompassing over 1600 acres and 61miles of streets) community including operations of 2 Country Clubs (Oakwood and Ironwood) with 45 holes of golf, 3 restaurant operations, 2 tennis centers (16 courts), 12,000 square foot fitness and lifestyle center, 5 aquatic centers, and diverse recreational amenities. Management and Supervision of; 14 direct reports, staff of 250, and diverse and extensive contracted services providing the utmost in member/guest care and upkeep of the community, meeting and exceeding the membership's expiations. •Planning, Budgeting and Administration of an annual operations budget in excess of 25 million dollars.•Reduced overhead and operational expenses ($126,000 within my first 6 weeks on the job) though the execution of lean practices while maintaining high levels of customer service and satisfaction. •Institution of a multiyear business plan within the scope of the existing budget projections to restore and enhance the facilities and amenities of the community to be competitive within a changing real estate market. Protecting and enhancement of the value of the community and the property values of the members of the community carrying the utmost importance. During trying economic times the IronOaks community is maintaining market value.•Revised and redirected Food and Beverage operations, for enhanced revenue and profitability of the operations.•Instituted and revised maintenance procedures in all aspects of facilities, grounds, and fleet operations and maintenance. •Project Management (Capital Improvements and Renovations), Drafting and Administration of; Specifications, RFP, Contracts, Schedules, Estimation, and Budgets. Currently preparing and instituting multiyear 10 million dollar facilities and asset upgrade and renovation program.
