Working with private clients and companies helping them to develop or refine a vision, applying my knowledge of design. Providing computer drawings to other designers. ⋅ Prepare detailed documents with written outlines of the central design concept as well as descriptions of the aesthetic for each category of finish and fixture, supplemented with images to illustrate.⋅ Participate in client and designer meetings to discuss aesthetic style, functional requirements and budget. ⋅ Provide an Interior Specifications Document noting Finishes & Fixtures.⋅ Deliver project management services.⋅ Research, plan and submit permit applications.⋅ Conduct color consultations.⋅ Undertake furniture selection and design.⋅ Develop complete drawings from conceptual sketches.⋅ Take site measurements for existing floor/site plans.⋅ Manage marketing strategies, brand development, social media promotions and networking.
