ISLA is an international network of professionals dedicated to Customer Service and Service Logistics. We believe that even experienced managers can learn from one another how to achieve excellence, innovate services, obtain operational efficiencies and improve quality. Therefore, we organize meetings and conferences where service and logistics professionals find the perfect opportunity for learning, sharing and networking. We are Your Service Leaders Network.With the annual Service Leaders Summit, ISLA provides the best European forum for senior managers in Customer Service and Service Logistics. We bring together professionals from Automotive to Machinery to White Goods. They all strive for the highest customer satisfaction and operational excellence. They all deal with similar challenges and issues. No matter in which industry they are.In addition to the Service Leaders Summit, we arrange further events such as Service & Parts Focus Days, ISLA Academies, and the ISLA Campus Business meets Science. Regional activities in the United States were launched in 2012. Participants from over 400 companies attended at least one, but often several ISLA events in recent years. Presentations were contributed by 320+ Directors, Vice Presidents and Executive Board Members from leading companies.ISLA was founded in 2003, and more than 50 corporate members from Europe, Israel, Japan, and the United States have joined the association now.
