Islamabad Model Postgraduate College H-8, Islamabad (Federal Govt. College Men, H-8/2 Islamabad) is one of the oldest institutions of the federal capital. It was founded in 1981. The students from the twin cities, rural areas of Islamabad, FATA, Gilgit Baltistan, Kashmir and from all the four provinces of Islamic Republic of Pakistan join this college and equip themselves with education, according to the job market trends, in a healthy and caring atmosphere so that they become skilled, useful and proud Pakistanis. The college has a vast area (47 acres) a very beautiful and vast campus with spacious classrooms, a library, laboratories, administrative and academic blocks and an auditorium. A Gymnastic stadium, football and Hockey grounds, Basketball court and magnificent mosque are the unique features of this initiation.
