Isomach Ltd is a toolmaking company offering a turnkey press tool design and manufacturing service, along with refurbishment and sub-contract CNC machining. Key personnel are easily available with efficient and effective communication a priority.We have a broad array of previous experience in successful tooling projects, from single operation tools and multi stage progression tooling, to cold roll form tooling. We use modern analytical tools and the latest tool steel technology and methods, wherever beneficial.We offer consultancy, to improve processes or component design, and to ensure low scrap rates and an efficient manufacturing process. The Continuous Improvement (CI) principle features heavily in the design approach and Single Minute Exchange of Die (SMED) values are used to minimise breakdowns and optimise production.
