At iSTARTUP Community Centers we are on a mission... to re-purpose vacant public school buildings to be community centers of personal and professional innovation. We are looking to launch our first center before the end of this year (2011) in the Greater Boston Area. What happens in a Center for personal and professional innovation? It is a place for people to Startup a more purpose-drive life, a place where sole proprietors and organizations to Startup creativity, inspiration and innovation, a place where people can Startup their own businesses and where communities can Startup revitalization efforts, .How can all of that happen on one place? It all starts with individual passion, first and foremost. The iSTARTUP Community Center will provide our members with three main service offerings: 1) Discovery Workshops such as discovering your passion, aligning passions to opportunities 2) Co-working Space & Services for employees looking for a dynamic and inspirational workspace 3) Incubation Space & Services the first stop for the entrepreneur looking to create a company based on conscious capitalism guidelines The first center in Boston will be the model for communities to utilize people, talent and resources most effectively. To inspire and invigorate the passion in all of us and to put these passions to work, so we can all finally lead successful, purpose-driven happy lives.
