iSupport Tech was founded in 2014 by Kyle Busch while working in the field as an Apple Support Technician. "I would go out to professionals homes and unbox their newly purchased apple product and facilitate the configuration of it. This would entail, email support, data transfers, windows to Mac migrations and array of other services". We all know why apple was started? Apples why is that they think differently, they want to bring the professionalism that was initially intended only for the workplace to the average home, giving great tools to anyone. And revolutionising other industries. They even changed their trading name from the ‘Apple Computer Company' to just ‘Apple Company' because they weren't just selling computers. Our founder has a 10 year association with the apple brand and has completed over 70 months of active service for Core Computer Business (iStoreZA) and Digicape (Premium Apple Reseller). He went on further to complete another 24 months of service to the leaders of home automation in the country 4ward Automation CC (4ward Design). They utilised the Apple platform to allow their clients to interact with their home using their favourite devices, iPhones, iPads and in the rare occasion an android device. Building leverage in an emerging market at the time which now has matured. Kyle Busch has the knowledge and expertise in sales, technical, training, system design, installation & after sales support. This has allowed him a better understanding of the products and services offered by some of the competitors.Our attention to focus on competitor analysis has lead me to accurately track products, prices, staffing research and development.
