Italian Street Painting Marin showcases the fine art of street painting and supports quality arts-based programs in Marin County, California. To fulfill our mission, we - • Produce our annual signature performance art event in downtown San Rafael. City streets become the canvas for our talented Madonnari (street painters) from around the world as visitors experience this captivating performance art. • Grant funds to qualified 501c3 nonprofit arts organizations. We awarded our first grants to 11 organizations in April, 2014 benefiting thousands of children, adults and special needs individuals. • Provide teen and professional workshops covering everything from the basics of street painting technique to the latest innovations in the art form. • Deliver Special Events to showcase master Madonnari at venues in and around the San Francisco Bay Area. ITALIAN STREET PAINTING MARIN Ciao Bella Roma – JUNE 26-27, 2016 Our signature event, Ciao Bella Roma, will transport you to Italy for the weekend! Over 100 Madonnari from around the globe will gather in downtown San Rafael to celebrate the captivating performance art of street painting. Italian Street Painting Marin is a program of the EveryLife Foundation for Rare Diseases, a 501c3 nonprofit. EveryLife Foundation for Rare Diseases, a national organization headquartered in Marin County, California, is dedicated to accelerating biotech innovation for rare disease treatments through science-driven public policy. The Foundation believes that bridging science and the arts enhances health, inspires hope, and changes lives.
