ITCC COMPOUNDThe Public Pension Agency is continuously seeking to provide quality investments that generate attractive proceeds. In line with international trends to establish specialized cities that provide the latest state of the art capabilities and services with international specifications and having studied market needs, the PPA decided to establish the Commercial and Housing Information Technology and Communications Complex with modern and unique designs that combines luxury, originality, traditions and modernity on a piece of land with a total area of 1.000.000 square meters.The ITCC complex consists of commercial towers and facilities that are comprised of buildings of different sizes, including companies' administrative buildings, software industry and production companies, research and training buildings, support services buildings such as hotels, restaurants, banks, recreational facilities as well as a housing area composed of villas and apartments of different areas.Both the commercial and housing parts of the complex were designed in a manner that meet the requirements of a modern life that make workers and residents embrace the luxury of modern work and residence in a complex that embraces all aspects of a modernlifestyle.
