Waterworks is a mixed-use waterfront development that offers public and private entities access to the waterfront. It will have for sale residential, apartments for lease, offices, retail space, and water access businesses like Ithaca Boat Tours, Puddledockers and Explore Ithaca dinner boats. The residential component of waterworks involves five luxury owned co-op units and eleven workforce housing apartments. Currently under design, our goal is to open in the summer of 2021.
