in order to promote, enhance and scientific development of urban economics and qualitative development of experts, and improve the educational and research activities in the fields of urban economics and relevant sciences Urban Economics Association is formed that henceforth is called Association in this statute. The Association is a non-profit institution and it works in the scientific and technical fields. It has a legal entity after the date of registration, and the Chairman of the Board is a legal representative of the Association. Statement of IEUSA perspective in 1404 document horizon: + Reference, effective in theoretical and practical urban economics in national dimension. + Known and role-making position in the theoretical and practical urban economics in international dimension. + Special position in developmental and practical urban economics field and training experts in the field. + Effective and constant relation whit active international organizations in urban economics and management professors, researches and scientists in the international field. +Effective and constant relation whit authentic international urban economics organizations. +Perfect sample of an efficient association based on knowledge-base pattern in urban and economics management.
