Each unit is billed for their actual water usage; as opposed to an estimate of use, passed on in the form of rent increase or additional maintenance dues. Our Smart Self Managed Metering system eliminates the need to mail bills to tenants without incurring additional fees for the management, printing of bills or postage. The meter is programed with smart technology that reads usage through a smart card or smart phone app without any additional installation of materials (ex. sensors, antennas, transmitters, etc.)
