IV Enterprises is a single-member LLC specializing in critical point investing in exchange traded and mutual funds. We use basic statistics to identify high and low outliers in market movements in terms of standard deviations from the past 3-36 months of behavior. Use of leveraged funds and options then allows expected market movements to be significantly amplified. Research is currently in progress to develop a strategy that would use low volumes of puts to mitigate the damage of major crashes such as the drop experienced in the first few weeks of the Coronavirus pandemic without heavily restricting growth under favorable circumstances.
