At IVY we love all aspects of property, we sell property, we let and manage property and we also source property for clients for a range of different investment requirements. Our approach is very personal, we like to get to know our clients because doing so will help us to do a better job for them. There are no robotic staff here to irritate or intimidate, you will find us to be experienced personable property professionals who have also had some good life experience which we find is critical when dealing with property because with every purchase, sale or let there is a story and usually a quite significant one to prompt the transaction. We currently manage 50 high end letting properties in the west end area, people come to us because we offer a service that larger companies simply can't, we have a small enough number of landlords and tenants that we can be familiar with everyone without opening the file. With our new premises and our new staffing scenario we have provision to increase our property stock from 50 to 75 whilst maintaining the same service level.
