The IZEL team travelled for 5 years all over Latin America to find the absolute best of Latin American Food, Latin & South American Entertainment, Cocktails and Cigars, that define the four cornerstones of IZEL.From Cuba, to Argentina, Mexico to Chile, Peru and more, the team curated the most representative and authentic dishes and modernized their execution, tasted hundreds of cocktails, trained with world class master cigar rollers from Cuba, and interviewed more than 2000 bands all across Latin America.The stunning interior of IZEL tells the story of ancient Mayan, Aztec and Olmec civilisations through murals, hieroglyphs and stone treasures. Modern Spanish influences can also been seen in the décor with mantilla lace motifs throughout and a series of magnificent artworks, depicting striking Latino females.
