J. Knight Concepts and Consulting was formed to address the growing need for diverse and/or small business support. COVID-19 changed the way business is conducted and it has also emphasized the vulnerability of many small businesses. While I worked with small and diverse owned businesses as a supplier diversity and inclusion manager, I noticed the growing demand for support services for businesses to ensure steadfastness in volatile times. In an effort to meet this growing need, I am offering coaching and consulting assistance to businesses to help them identify and implement solutions for business success.In addition, I am offering support for larger businesses to implement or grow their current small/supplier diversity programming. This is not only the right thing for large businesses to do, but it also provides a strong business strategy in diversification of supply chain and creates loyalty and a stronger public image.
