Full service architecture firm based in Manchester, New Hampshire and established in 2006 by principal in charge James A. Spiegel AIA, LEED AP. We provide diverse project design, documentation, administration and management services. We plan and manage our projects with great care, providing fresh and creative solutions to challenging project parameters while working in a collaborative process, staying within budget and on schedule. Knowledge Base We offer a thorough understanding of today's science of building technology and sensitivity to the environment with focus on specifying appropriate systems, materials and finishes. We exercise thoughtful decision making throughout the entire design process. With a background of twenty-five years in the public and private sectors we have the experience to deliver well planned, comfortable facilities that provide healthy indoor environments while minimizing environmental impact. Project Approach, Quality Assurance and Quality Control J5architects utilizes an integrated project delivery model (IPD/BIM), where client, design team and constructors work together in a collaborative, streamlining the architectural process with great efficiency. The IPD/BIM process positively contributes to project quality assurance and quality control. Our documentation deliverables are highly defined and produce fewer change orders, thus maintaining control over the project schedule and budget.
