Jabberwocky Journey Learning Academy first opened in 2009 as a in-home preschool program led by program owner and Director Alice Rolin. Ally is a veteran in early childhood education and had dreamed of opening her own school with a focus on art and thematic exploration. In 2012, JJLA was moved from her home in Spring Branch, TX to Canyon Lake, TX in the town's old library building. Since then, she has implemented a curriculum based on themed classrooms, a rotation schedule, and social and emotional development activities. JJLA is now an integral part of the Canyon Lake community, drawing in families all the way from New Braunfels.
