The Ryan's are artisan Irish Whiskey finishers.The Ryans are one of the only independent Irish Whiskey Finishers in the world & we still hand bottle and hand finish every Jack Ryan Whiskey at our Dublin home. We craft the finest Irish Whiskeys with premium aged Irish single malts, rare hand-sourced casks & our famed Whiskey finishing process. Jack Ryan's father, Thomas, of distillery and barley-farming stock, came to Dublin from Toomevara, Tipperary at the close of the 19th century, and in 1913 set up his own whiskey finishing hall, on historic Haddington Road. Ryan's Malt became a Dubliners' favourite. Jack himself, vintner and whiskey man par excellence, honed the family's whiskey Finisher's Touch. His son Eunan has revised the family tradition with the Jack Ryan Whiskey Co.
