Jack Taylor started the business in 1950 with the ambition to provide customers and restaurants with the freshest fish available, only selecting the freshest fish from the vessels last catch of the day.This philosophy still rings true today, 65 years on, with the current team committed to delivering the freshest fish available straight from the boats docking in Peterhead direct to our shop within 24 hours.The company was subject to a family buy out in May 2013 by the successive generation, Joel Watt and Mark Stephen. With their long family history in the seafood industry they have re-invigorated the business with their fresh approach.
