Founded in 2002, we have worked since 2006 in partnership with IBM. Our focus is on performance optimization, a process vetted by Chief HR Officers.The platform we developed makes coaching and rotations historically affordable only to the Top 1% now available to everyone. Companies may choose to invest in an individual or workforce. Since gaining our start as part of a government-funded response to 9/11, our brand mantra has been Dare to Lead: Change lives. Create wealth.Our platform begins with our database of doctors licensed as psychologists coaching our network of companies on leadership, productivity, stress, resilience, and burnout. The platform continues with rotations by means of the arts. We seek to engage, motivate, and inform through keynote, comedy, poetry, movie, music, and dance. Artificial intelligence is ultimately introduced to accelerate human intelligence with the option for certification by a world-class professor in beachfront centers of tourism and commerce. Through our pro bono funds, we give back during times of crisis in cities around the world.Originally developed for Harvard, our platform expanded to Princeton and other schools in the Ivy League. In response to demand, and customer ratings that ranged from 96.44% to 99.23% favorable, we are now expanding in corporate America with the #1 most desired skillset and mindset.
