Jackson Hole Still Works is the first craft distillery based here in the heart of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, creating award-winning spirits from the raw materials farmed in our neighboring Wyoming communities. Good friends, owners, and partners Chas Marsh and Travis Goodman are passionate about capturing the hard work ethic of the western frontier into every bottle they produce and turning out the highest quality grain-to-glass craft spirits on the market. Each small batch is produced by hand at Jackson Hole Still Works starting from local Wyoming grains and crisp mountain water flowing from the peaks of the Tetons. JHSW's product offerings currently boast vodka and gin, with more to come. Highwater Vodka is a naturally gluten-free, crisp, and velvety spirit crafted from Wyoming farmed corn and oats. Great Grey Gin is an ultra small batch spirit with a unique botanical blend. Great Grey Gin yields a perfect balance of citrus, spice, and fresh floral notes in conjunction with the traditional juniper essence. Daily tours and tastings are available at the distillery.
