At Xy ConneXion we created a predictive algorithm that can identify and predict relationship behavior and determine who would be a good fit for any individual or organization with 95% accuracy. We use the algorithm to power a simple test that can pre-determine compatibility between prospective partners in a business, between a coach and a client, a doctor and a patient, a parent and a child. Coaches: We teach coaches to use Interaction Style to boost client relationships and Increase clientele by 50%. Those who train in our XY ConneXion Coach Training Program have access to our assessment tools, use of our algorithm and are eligible to receive clients through our Mentorship program.Schools: In consultation with a school district to create a version of the predictive assessment to increase cohesiveness among school students and reduce altercations by identifying at-risk students. Teams - We work with sales managers, sales teams and partners to teach them how to create revenue-producing relationships among team members.
