Who Am I & What Do I Do?As an Expect Strength & Fitness Coach, I've worked with clients that have competed in Powerlifting and are prepping to compete in Powerlifting, I also work with people new to strength and weights training and help them develop consistency so that they can maximise their results. I've been personal training full time since 2018, now in 2021 I'm taking my bespoke expertise online so I can have a positive impact on more people and their training experience.Who Do I Work With?- Both Men and Women- People brand new to strength training- Powerlifters and individuals that would like to try powerlifting- Individuals that would like to incorporate strength training into their current regime.Core Beliefs.When working with a client, I like to develop a level of comfortability before we begin working together, through the process of messaging, calling and video calling it's important to get familiar with one another.
