Responsibilities included the supervision of day-to-day Jaguar International, Los Angeles, CAPresident• operations; marketing of company services; promotions (working with internal synergy partners and other licensees), development and execution of strategic; and, financial planning.• Began company from its inception, creating a successful firm through design and implementation of marketing strategies.• Personally responsible for creating the "Janet Jackson/Sony Signatures" clothing line (known as J Solo), which was developed for the young women's market (ages 13-25).• Established a Shari Belafonte clothing line, which included product design, procurement of a manufacturer, marketing strategy development, and the development of advertising programs.• Responsible for securing additional financing upwards of close to $8 million dollars for Janet Jackson's clothing line.• Personally developed campaigns for celebrities such as Janet Jackson, Daisy Fuentes, Shari Belafonte and Vanessa Williams.
