During the past decade's most of spaghetti production in traditional companies was done using semi-automatic machinery and limited capacity. Jahan Setareh Arya company having long term management experience within food industry such as tea, rice, fruit roll… , decided to produce spaghetti with up to date standards using latest technologies and machinery ( fabricated in Switzerland ). Production of Spaghetti is done using fully automatic machinery and all the way to the end ( packaging ) is done with machines.The most important ingredient of Spaghetti is Flour. The more complete the flour is, the more bran, fiber, salts and vitamins are available within the end product. Semolina with greater nutritional value than ordinary flour is used in our products. Spaghetti enriched with salts, vegetables and wheat bran will also be produced in near future. Various researches on producing different and new Spaghettis are currently being done and in near future production of such products will begin.
