Janders Dean is an independent consultancy founded in 2007. Our core areas of expertise focus primarily on providing strategic and operational assessments, future roadmap development, and selection, design and implementation advisory services within the legal sector. Our clients include a number of leading law firms and in-house legal functions in the United Kingdom, the United States, Africa, Latin America, and the Asia Pacific region - in addition to a number of non-legal areas of large international organisations. We believe that building successful knowledge management and technology initiatives requires a deep understanding of how lawyers of all qualification levels, practice areas, peer groups, and jurisdictional locations work and behave. Since our inception, Janders Dean has undertaken in excess of 800 individual behavioural observation interviews - specifically in the areas of knowledge management, records management, document management, contract management and information management behaviours of lawyers.
