By using the Jarvis mobile app/website, you can place orders 24/7. Drop-off and pick up happens through lockers or concierges right from the comfort of your residential building. We also offer public locker locations in office towers. Jarvis treats every customer as a VIP member; we offer free, stylish garment bags when we deliver your dry-cleaning back, frequent discounts and offers, and personalized customer service. Jarvis is easy to use. For dry-cleaning and shoe care orders simply: Place the items you would like cleaned in one of the Jarvis lockers. Create an order online and specify whether it is dry-cleaning or shoes. You may use our website or mobile app. Keep your clothes safe by securing the locker with any personal 4-digit code. For more information visit our How It Works page. A Jarvis driver will pick up your items, they'll be cleaned and returned back to you on a hanger within 48 hours. Throughout the entire process you remain in control: When you login, you can see your order and each of your items because we've taken photos of them. You can specify your cleaning preferences and indicate problem areas such as stains. Telling us what caused the stain can help us clean it! Jarvis also takes care of minor repairs. We'll always let you know if we see that a button is missing and fix it right up for you. All of our processes are eco-friendly, using only 100% organic, biodegradable detergents.
