The Scientific Society at the University of Tehran (UT) Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Faculty (IEEE student branch) recognizes the promotion of science and reading culture as one of its most valued goals. To realize this goal, it pursues, among other efforts, the publication of the Jaryan quarterly magazine with continued determination and vivid student cooperation. Jaryan highlights major ECE needs and events as well as knowledge-based business opportunities in this area. Various magazine section titles include IT news, UT tech, theme case, from idea to implementations, school tours, and industrial relations.Talented and committed student body and its volunteer activities is the main engine that drives and marks advancement and development in the academia. This is why we, at the UT IEEE student branch, find ourselves strongly dedicated to advancing and promoting fruitful student activities.Active ECE students, using available facilities, engage in a passionate and unrelenting pursuit of an improved environment for meaningful and constructive student cooperation on a daily basis without regard for financial reward. The Jaryan magazine is a perfect examples.
