We have the ability to produce a wide range of products (from 0.5kg to 5000kg, single piece) which include the following; Flanges, Spectacle Blinds, Tube Sheets, Shafts, Drip Rings, Valve Bodies, etc. and other custom forgings as per customer drawings. Our products are forged out of Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Stainless Steel, Duplex, Super Duplex, Hastelloy, Monel, Inconel, Die-Steel and Low Temperature Carbon Steel. We are currently one of the leading forging manufacturers and regular suppliers to various Government and Private Sector companies which include the following; M/s EIL; IOCL; BPCL; HPCL; CPCL; NRL; BHEL; L&T; GODREJ; PROGEN; etc. All of the above products satisfy the required international standards of ASTM, ASME, API, AWWA, DIN, BS, etc. JAV has all the required facilities available on the work premises to manufacture the aforesaid items, including; heat treatment, destructive and non-destructive tests.
