Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Birauli is situated at the bank of river Gandak in district Samastipur of Bihar State in a small village named Birauli. It is situated at a distance of 13 kms. west from the district headquarters Samastipur and 37 kms. east from Muzaffarpur. it is around 90 kms. away from the state capital, Patna, situated northern Gangetic plain of Bihar. The natural surroundings are full of bush green forests having a pleasant climate. The School campus itself is full of green trees, shrubs, and flowers. One Krishi Vigyan Kendra (KVK) is functional very adjacent to the Vidyalaya. World fame Rajendra Agriculture University (RAU), PUSA is also our neighboring institution which is well known as pioneer Agricultural Research Station in India.RURAL INSTITUTE of HIGHER EDUCATION,BIRAULI is also established for the community development based on Gandhian thought.
