Jay Kay Plastics was existing since 1981 with a reputation of providing quality molding compounds and molded components. Jay Kay has been famous for its Bus Bar Supports. The company has recently relocated at the new premises at B 104, Phase II, NOIDA as a part of the expansion program keeping in view of the additional demand of the product. The intention is to provide our clients with the commercial and technical benefits of the scale of business. The Company's core Business is to sell Moulding Compounds DMC/BMC/ SMC designed for Electrical Switchgear and Automotive applicationsHowever, Company also provides moulding backup to the Customers with Transfer / Compression molding, with a bed size up to 1200x1000 mm and the Daylight of 1000 mm, to handle bigger moulds. Our Company offers Molding compounds and Molded components: Besides our regular grades of DMC (Compression/Transfer/Injection), SMC, we can offer tailor-made compounds according to customers' requirement.Molded Components : Our Company offers JAY KAY Bus Bar supports - Insulators. We also offer molding facility along-with testing to ensure high & consistent quality. Our Company has in-house testing facility for the raw materials and finished goods (Molding Compounds and products). Our Compounds & Components are backed by strict quality control.
