JB Aviation Management, Inc was founded in 2011 by Justin Cleland and Brian Spiro at Galt Airport (10C) in Greenwood, Illinois. At the time of founding, the business employed three people and owned/operated one airplane. Today, JB Aviation employs more than twenty people, and has a thriving flight school and aircraft maintenance shop.Under their management, Galt Airport was named Illinois Department of Transportation "Airport of the Year" in 2014 and has been featured nationally in EAA's Sport Aviation magazine, AOPA's Flight Training magazine, Air Facts Journal, and many others. Their management company promotes airport community, and is successful at delivering thriving business in all facets of aviation.
