HCIS students work in simulated environments developed by Cerner; immerse in the most current instructional guidelines taught by skilled professionals and build their skills with HCIS industry internships. HCIS professionals specialize in the information technology to support clinical processes and data, including roles which analyze system workflows, test-configure-maintain systems, and train end-users for software use.
