Our mission:At JCS, we believe that it is vital for Schools, Public Libraries and Further and Higher Education Institutions to have convenient and affordable access to a wide range of high quality e-resources...and our mission is to make this possible.What we do:• Negotiate licences and discounted subscription rates with publishers of online resources on behalf of Schools, Further Education Colleges and Public Library Authorities.• Promote the resources actively through our website, email campaigns, social networks and events to secure as many subscriptions and renewals as possible.• Provide friendly and efficient service and support to our customers.• Undertake the administration of subscriptions and annual renewals on behalf of our publisher partners.
