Our Investment Philosophy has three key parts:1. We are inclusive, genuinely: we only invest in companies that have at least 50% female founding team and we actively seek out founders with a genuine need for our investment. We also believe that your background, education, perceived position in society, or family connections do not have any bearing on your ability to grow a business.2. We are impactful: we only invest in companies that have the capacity to generate a measurable, beneficial social or environmental impact alongside a financial return. 3. We are human: we only make investments that we intend to actively support through our Venture Builder programme. We've got years of battle scars, the experience and access to expert specialists to guide and coach you every step of the way.For every £1 of VC investment in the UK, all-female founder teams get less than 1p, all-male founder teams get 89p, and mixed-gender teams 10p.A recent BCG study showed that female-led start-ups generate a revenue ROI that's 2.5x higher than that of male-led teams.
