JDS is a cost effective and quality orientated manufacturer of precision metal stampings, sub-assemblies, modules and PCBAs for the power tool and automotive industries. We are located in the Suzhou New High-Tech zone close to the main highway and high-speed rail line, around one hour by highway or 30 minutes by high speed train from Shanghai.The company is ISO9000 and TS16949 certified and we have a management team with over 20 years' experience working for or with western multinational companies. As a result of this we are now a global strategic supplier to many Fortune 500 multinational companies located in North America, Europe, South America and Asia. Our core competencies are in precision metal stamping and PCB assembly but we are also highly competent in film lamination (insulation of metal stampings), fine blanking, electro-mechanical sub-assembly, module assembly, surface mount (SMT) and through-hole PCBAs. This is complemented with our in-house tooling design and manufacturing centre so we can control cost and quality of new tooling and maintain existing tooling at peak performance, minimizing downtime and quality issues.As well as ISO9000 and TS16949 certificates issued by SGS and NSF-ISR we have also gained numerous "Supplier of Excellence" awards from our many customers. These customers are market leaders in the following industries: power tools, laptops, smart home appliances, communication equipment, automotive (interior & exterior and security systems), lithium battery packs and other new energy industries.
